2017-C Australian $1 Trans-Australian Railway Centenary – PCGS MS66

A superb certified example of the 2017 Trans-Australian Railway Centenary $1, featuring the special C mintmark and professionally graded PCGS MS66.

Issued by the Royal Australian Mint to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the completion of the Trans-Australian Railway, the design celebrates one of Australia’s great infrastructure achievements – the railway connection across the continent between Port Augusta and Kalgoorlie.

The reverse features a striking depiction of railway tracks stretching across the Australian landscape alongside a representation of a classic steam locomotive.

Importantly, this is the special C mintmark issue, distinguishing it from the standard circulation release.

This example has been independently authenticated and graded by PCGS as MS66 (Mint State 66) and is securely encapsulated in a genuine PCGS holder.
