A certified example of one of the key early releases in Australia’s highly popular coloured $2 series.
Issued by the Royal Australian Mint in 2013, this commemorative $2 celebrates the 60th Anniversary of the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II.
The reverse features St Edward’s Crown surrounded by distinctive purple concentric rings, making the Coronation $2 immediately recognisable and one of the classic early coloured $2 designs.
This is the circulation issue without the C mintmark and has been independently authenticated and graded by PCGS as AU58 (About Uncirculated 58).
